Mr Gurpreet Singh Dhillon

Mr Gurpreet Singh Dhillon

Mr Dhillon has been an executive Director of the Manager since 7 September 2011, and was appointed as the Trustee-CEO on 21 May 2013. He also serves as a Director on Fortis Global Healthcare Infrastructure Pte. Ltd. and Religare Healthtrust Services Pte. Ltd., both of which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of RHT.

Prior to his current appointment, Mr Dhillon held the position of COO, where he was responsible for overseeing the Trustee-Manager's operations and investments. Mr Dhillon previously held the position of COO where he was responsible for overseeing the Trustee-Manager's operations and investments. He was also the Director at Religare Capital Market Plc from 2005 to 2011 where he undertook investment banking and asset management roles.

Mr Dhillon obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Essex.

Mr Pawanpreet Singh

Mr Pawanpreet Singh

Mr Singh has held the position of CFO and an executive Director of the Trustee-Manager since 1 January 2013.

Mr Singh has had extensive experience in the business and accounting fields in the healthcare industry, particularly in India. Prior to his appointment, he held the position of Corporate Controller of Finance for Fortis where he played an influential role in the organization's IPO off ering in 2007, rights issuance in 2009 and issue of convertible bonds in 2010. He was previously the CFO of Super Religare Laboratories Limited ("SRL", previously known as SRL Laboratories Limited), where he was involved in the business development as well as established the organization's accounting system. SRL is currently part of the Sponsor Group.

He has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1994 and the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India since 1991. Mr Singh also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Punjab University, Chandigarh.

Dr. Yogendra Nath Mathur

Dr. Yogendra Nath Mathur

Dr Mathur joined the Board of the Trustee-Manager on 7 September 2012 and currently serves as a lead independent Director.

Dr Mathur worked with The United Nations Children’s Fund (“UNICEF”) from 1989 to April 2012 where he held key positions and memberships in several government bodies. His responsibilities included monitoring and reviewing the implementation of social sector programmes for women and children, and as a member of the Central Review Board of UNICEF in India, he oversaw the recruitment of professionals into the organization. He was also on the Country Management Team of UNICEF which oversaw and guided the work that UNICEF carried out in India. Prior to his work at UNICEF, Dr Mathur was the Head of the Regional Medical Research Centre for Tribal Health in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

Dr Mathur holds a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery from Nagpur University. He also obtained a Doctorate of Medicine (Preventive and Social Medicine) from the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi

Mr Hwang Sydney Michael

Mr Hwang Sydney Michael

Mr Hwang has been an independent director of the Trustee-Manager since 7 September 2012. He also holds directorship in various companies, including Linyi Investments Pte Ltd, Singapore Dance Theatre Limited and YTL Starhill Global REIT Management Limited, the manager of Starhill Global REIT. Mr Hwang currently practices as a barrister and international arbitrator.

Mr Hwang began his career with Allen & Gledhill LLP (“A&G”) in 1968. Between 1991 to 1992, Mr Hwang served as Judicial Commissioner (Acting High Court Judge) of the Supreme Court of Singapore before he joined A&G again in 1993. In A&G, he was the partner and Head of the Litigation and Arbitration Department before he left in 2002. In 1997, he was appointed as one of Singapore’s fi rst twelve Senior Counsel of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Mr Hwang received undergraduate and post-graduate law degrees from the University of Oxford.

Mr Peter Joseph Seymour Rowe

Mr Peter Joseph Seymour Rowe

Mr Peter Joseph Seymour Rowe is an Independent Director of the Trustee-Manager as well as the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee. He is currently a consultant at Herbert Smith Freehills, a position he has held since July 2011 where he was a Partner from July 1989 until July 2011.

Mr Rowe is the non-executive chairman of UBS Grocon Real Estate Investment Management Pty Ltd ("UBS Grocon REIM"). UBS Grocon REIM is involved in wholesale property funds management. Mr Rowe is also currently a director of Investa Listed Funds Management Limited ("ILFML") and also sits on its audit and compliance committee. ILFML is the responsible entity for Investa Office Fund, a listed Australian real estate investment trust. He has been an independent member of the Lend Lease Real Estate Investments Limited and Lend Lease Funds Management Limited audit and risk management committees since 1999. Mr. Rowe is also a director of Mission Australia Housing Limited and Mission Australia Housing (Victoria) Limited and the chairman of AMP Capital Investors Compliance Committee.

Since joining Freehills in 1986, Mr Rowe has practiced in the area of funds management. Prior to his appointment in 2005 as Head of the Financial Services Group, Mr Rowe developed and led the securitisation practice of Freehills. He joined Freehills in 1986 as a solicitor.

From 1977 to 1986, Mr Rowe was employed by Permanent Trustee Company Limited and held the positions of legal officer, company solicitor and company secretary before moving to the Corporate Trust Group, where he had a management role and was responsible for new business, including developing the securitisation business, all the debt trusts and some unit trusts.

In 2011, Mr Rowe was nominated for the 2011 Justice Medal awarded by The Law and Justice Foundation of New South Wales. Mr Rowe has lectured on many occasions on matters affecting securitisation and unit trusts in Australia and overseas and has been consulted by regulators in Australia and offshore jurisdictions on funds management issues.

Mr Rowe obtained a Diploma in Law from the Solicitors Admission Board of New South Wales in 1979.

Mr Eng Meng Leong

Mr Eng Meng Leong

Mr Eng joined the Board as an independent Director on 1 July 2013. He is also a non-executive director of HSR Global Ltd., Libra Group Ltd., and Croesus Retail Asset Management Pte. Ltd. Mr Eng is currently a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and an Accredited Tax Advisor of the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals. He is also a consultant for the Kong Siang group of companies.

Mr Eng was previously an executive director of KPMG Tax Services Pte. Ltd. (“KPMG Tax”) and also served as its Head of Financial Services in tax practice. Mr Eng joined KPMG Tax from 1984 to 2009. His experience in taxation extends beyond Singapore, covering Malaysia, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. The taxation work he had undertaken included compliance, advisory, due diligence reviews and structuring for mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, IPOs, in-bound and out-bound projects and corporate finance matters.

Mr Eng was admitted in 1982 as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. He regularly speaks on taxation matters at seminars and workshops conducted and had also been an examiner for ACCA Advanced Tax
