Mr Dhillon has been an executive Director of the Manager since 7 September 2011, and was appointed as the Trustee-CEO on 21 May 2013. He also serves as a Director on Fortis Global Healthcare Infrastructure Pte. Ltd. and Religare Healthtrust Services Pte. Ltd., both of which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of RHT.
Prior to his current appointment, Mr Dhillon held the position of COO, where he was responsible for overseeing the Trustee-Manager's operations and investments. Mr Dhillon previously held the position of COO where he was responsible for overseeing the Trustee-Manager's operations and investments. He was also the Director at Religare Capital Market Plc from 2005 to 2011 where he undertook investment banking and asset management roles.
Mr Dhillon obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Essex.
Mr Singh has held the position of CFO and an executive Director of the Trustee-Manager since 1 January 2013.
Mr Singh has had extensive experience in the business and accounting fields in the healthcare industry, particularly in India. Prior to his appointment, he held the position of Corporate Controller of Finance for Fortis where he played an influential role in the organization's IPO off ering in 2007, rights issuance in 2009 and issue of convertible bonds in 2010. He was previously the CFO of Super Religare Laboratories Limited ("SRL", previously known as SRL Laboratories Limited), where he was involved in the business development as well as established the organization's accounting system. SRL is currently part of the Sponsor Group.
He has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1994 and the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India since 1991. Mr Singh also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Punjab University, Chandigarh.
Ms Tan was appointed the Head of Compliance and Investor Relations in 2011. She oversees the compliance and investor relations functions of the Trustee-Manager.
Prior to her current appointment, Ms Tan began her career at the SGX-ST in 1996 in the regulatory department. During her stint at SGX-ST, she accumulated experience across various departments such as Listings and Issuer Regulation. Her last position in SGX was as Vice President in the Listings function. Her responsibilities then included identifying suitable candidates for listing, reviewing applications for IPO, regulation of listed companies and product development. She played an integral role in the launch of the FTSE ST Indices as well as the Global Depository Receipts. Her expertise on the maritime and off shore sector extends beyond Singapore, including countries in the Southeast Asia region, India, Norway.
Ms Tan received a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.
Dr Sobti has accumulated over 13 years of experience in hospital management. He is based in India and oversees the operations of the clinical establishments under RHT's portfolio.
Prior to his current appointment, he was Vice President of Operations and Business Strategy at the Metro Group of Hospitals as well as Chief Operating Officer & Medical Superintendent at Paras Hospitals Gurgaon & Paras Spring Meadows Hospital New Delhi. Dr Sobti played an integral role in the implementation of the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals ("NABH") certification as well as the expansion program in creating new centres for the hospital. Dr Sobti was the Medical Superintendent at Mata Chanan Devi Hospital. His responsibilities included, strategic planning, operational management and human resources.
Dr Sobti holds a MBBS degree from the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Services ("PGIMS") Rothak, Haryana and a Diploma in Hospital Management from The National Institute of Health and Family Welfare.
Mr Bhatia brings with him over 16 years of experience in the areas of accounting and finance.
Prior to his current appointment, Mr Bhatia was the Finance & Accounts Controller at iYogi Technical Services Private Limited where he worked on preparing for a US IPO (SEC Listing), preparing fi nancial statements and established the automated payroll system for the company. Mr Bhatia was previously the Deputy General Manager for the Finance and Accounts department at IREO Management. He also held the position of the Head of Accounts at Chaman Lal Setia Exports Limited where he implemented an inventory management system and developed the accounting and management information system.
Mr Bhatia obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Kurukshetra University. He also holds a Diploma in Information System from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ("ICAI") where he has been a member since 1997.
Mr Imtiaz brings with him over 11 years of experience in the fields of operations, compliance and risk management.
Mr Imtiaz is responsible for operations and compliance related activities of RHT in India. His responsibilities include supervising the smooth running of the clinical establishments under RHT's portfolio as well as ensuring RHT is in compliance with local regulatory standards. Prior to his current appointment, he led the Operations & Compliance department as assistant Vice-President at Religare Securities Australia Ptd Limited.
Mr Imtiaz obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Planning & Management from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management and a Master of Business Administration (Finance and Marketing) Degree from the International Management Institute, Belgium.
