Dr Virender Sobti has over 15 years of
experience in hospital management and
is the Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) of
DR VIRENDER SOBTI
Chief Operating Officer
RHT. Based in India, he oversees the
operations of the clinical establishments
under the RHT portfolio.
Dr Sobti was previously appointed
Vice President of Operations and
Business Strategy at the Metro Group of
Hospitals. He was also COO and Medical
Superintendent at Paras Hospitals
Gurgaon and Paras Spring Meadows
Hospital New Delhi. Dr Sobti was
previously based in Mata Chanan Devi
Hospital as its Medical Superintendent
where he was responsible in the areas
of strategic planning, operational
management, human resources and
also has been responsible for P&L of
these institutions.
During his career, Dr Sobti had played
an integral role in the implementation
of the National Accreditation Board for
Hospitals (“NABH”) certification.
Dr Sobti holds a Diploma in Hospital
Management from The National
Institute of Health and Family Welfare as
well as an MBBS degree from the Post
Graduate Institute of Medical Services
Rothak, Haryana.
