Distributable Income grew 5.9%
for the financial year ended
31 March 2016. Total Revenue
as well as Net Service Fee and
Hospital Income grew year
on year, driven by growth in
Variable Fee. Gearing continues
to remain low at 18%.

The third quarter of
FY2016 saw RHT recording
a DPU of 1.91 Singapore
cents and a 5.7% increase
in Distributable Income
against the corresponding
quarter on the back of
lower hedging costs
and improved forward
contracted rates.

RHT recorded a Distributable
Income of $58.2 million and a
distribution of 7.32 Singapore cents
for Financial Year (“FY”) 2015.
AUGUST 2015
For the first quarter of FY2016, Distributable
Income and Distribution per Unit (“DPU”)
increased approximately 7.8% and 7.4%
respectively against the corresponding quarter
on the back of higher revenue growth.
NOVEMBER 2015
For the second quarter and first half of FY2016, Distributable Income
and DPU increased 8% over the corresponding period following
increased revenue and lower hedging costs with the stabilization of
the Indian Rupee. RHT declared a total of 3.90 Singapore cents for
1H FY16 with a Distributable Income of $31.1 million.
JULY 2015
RHT made its inaugural issuance
of S$60 million, 4.50 per cent fixed
rate notes (the “Series 001 Notes”)
which mature in 2018.
RHT entered into agreements in connection with two
term loan facilities to be used for the expansion of the BG
Road Clinical Establishment and the development of the
Ludhiana Greenfield Clinical Establishment.
RHT successfully bids for a
freehold piece of land adjoining
the Mohali Clinical Establishment.
RHT hosted the Annual General
Meeting (“AGM”) at M2 Academy,
Orchard Gateway @ Emerald. All
Ordinary Resolutions put to vote
for unitholders’ approvals were
duly passed.
